The royal couple of Pataudi are moving fast!
Saif Ali Khan has bought four floors of a building opposite his current home. Apparently, the apartments cost around INR 12 crore each which means that he has coughed up around INR 48crore for all four floors.
There are plans for redecorating the new pads which include a terrace garden on one floor, a swimming pool on the other, a gym and a huge library for Saif’s passion – his books! We’re surprised there’s no music room?
Interior designer Nozer Wadia is set to make their dream home. Nozer, who has designed for the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Arjun Rampal and industrialist Gautam Singhania will have another celeb to add to the books.
Kareena is very excited about this, who wouldn’t be!
Their personal apartment will be ready by mid-2014.
