The ‘Chand Raat Event’ is a traditional festivity that marks the end of the fasting month of Islamic Calendar (Ramadan) and the start of Islamic annual festivity (Eid ul Fitr). ‘Chand Raat’ means ‘night of the moon’; that makes it a unique evening event of its kind. It is open for everyone without any religious or cultural boundaries.
The event is organised by Chameleon Events, Sapna Caterers and Abbey Manor where the event is hosted. This amazing event will celebrate Ramadan & Eid Festivity by promoting culture, friendship and harmony. We aim to enrich the experience of Eid Eve Celebrations (Chand Raat) in London, UK.
The Festival presents exuberant cultural display of multicultural UK and brings our diverse communities together. It captures the optimistic spirit of the eve of Eid Celebrations, creating a welcoming and unique occasion for the families.
The event is an opportunity for families to get together, do Eid shopping and eat delicious foods from a variety of stalls from our Buffet Dinner provided by Sapna Caterers. The community groups and individuals place variety of stalls containing handicrafts, art, painting, clothes, jewellery, henna, bangles, shoes, food, toys and many other traditional items.
We encourage and provide an opportunity for individuals, families and small business owners to introduce, exhibit and sell their products & services to our number of attendees.
